Personal data provided during registration are processed by RCE Witkowski Tomasz with its registered office in Grudziądz at ul. Śniadeckich 52/18, in accordance with art. 23 section 1 of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883).Personal data is processed in order to set up a User account and fulfill the order.
The personal data provided by the User is voluntary, however, the lack of consent to their processing may result in the inability to provide the service to the customer electronically via the website.
The user who provided his personal data has the right to inspect them, the right to request updates and the right to request their removal. The user may request the deletion or update of the data provided.
GDPR information clause
According to Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on data protection), hereinafter GDPR, we inform you:

2. Legal basis for processing personal data.
Your personal data will be processed provided that at least one of the conditions of art. 6 sec. 1 of the GDPR for commercial purposes in the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator.
3. Purpose and scope of personal data processing.
Your personal data is processed for the purpose(s):
a) fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on RCE Witkowski Tomasz
b) preparation and presentation of the offer, orders, execution of production orders
c) performance of contracts concluded with RCE Witkowski Tomasz
d) in other cases, your personal data is processed only on the basis of your prior consent to the extent and purpose specified in the content of the consent
4. Period of storing personal data.
Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the objectives set out in point 3, and after that time for the period and to the extent required by the provisions of generally applicable law.
5. Recipients of personal data.
In connection with the processing of data for the purposes referred to in point 3, the recipients of your personal data may be:
a) public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for purposes resulting from the provisions of generally applicable law;
b) other entities that, on the basis of relevant agreements signed with RCE Witkowski Tomasz, process personal data for which the Administrator is RCE Witkowski Tomasz (suppliers, co-operators, clients).
6. Rights related to the processing of personal data.
You have the following rights in connection with the processing of personal data:
a) the right to access personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of this data to the extent specified in art. 15 GDPR,
b) the right to request rectification (correction) of personal data - if the data is incorrect or incomplete to the extent specified in art. 16 GDPR,
c) the right to request the deletion of personal data (the so-called right to be forgotten) to the extent specified in art. 17 GDPR if:
- the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed,
- the data subject has objected to the processing of personal data,
- the data subject withdrew consent to the processing of personal data, which is the basis for data processing and there is no other legal basis for data processing,
- personal data is processed unlawfully,
- personal data must be deleted in order to comply with the legal obligation
d) the right to request restriction of personal data processing within the scope specified in art. 18 GDPR if:
- the data subject questions the accuracy of the personal data,
- the processing of data is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the data, requesting their restriction instead,
- the administrator no longer needs the data for its purposes, but the data subject needs them to establish, defend or pursue claims,
- the data subject has objected to the processing of data, until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds on the part of the administrator override the grounds for objection
e) the right to transfer personal data to the extent specified in art. 20 of the GDPR - if the following conditions are met jointly:
- data processing is carried out on the basis of a contract concluded with the data subject or on the basis of consent expressed by that person,
- the processing is carried out in an automated manner,
f) the right to object to the processing of personal data in the scope specified in art. 21 of the GDPR - if the following conditions are met jointly:
- there are reasons related to your particular situation, in the case of data processing on the basis of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority by the Administrator,
- processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party, except for situations where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, which require protection of personal data, in particular when the data subject is a child.
g) If the processing of personal data is based on the person's consent to the processing of personal data (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. This withdrawal does not affect the compliance of the processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal with applicable law.
h) Your data may be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.
7. Transfer of personal data to a third country/international organization.
Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization only in the necessary form, e.g. activation of the vehicle warranty.
8. Agreed
In a situation where the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject, providing your personal data to the Administrator is voluntary.
9. The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
