Returns

The customer has the right to cancel the order and the option to return the purchased goods (in the original packaging without signs of use) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the subject of the order without giving a reason (Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of consumer rights). A written Return Statement must be attached to the returned goods.

To apply for a return or make a complaint about the purchased product, it is necessary to fill out our form.

The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract in an unchanged state. The return of the ordered goods is at the Customer's expense.
The store undertakes to return the amount due for the returned goods (in the original packaging) to the customer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement. The condition for the refund is receipt of the goods by us. The seller refunds the payment using the same method of payment as used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of return, which does not involve any costs for him.

 The cost of delivery and return of the goods is not refundable. The condition for accepting the return is to attach proof of purchase (receipt or copy of the invoice).
The store does not accept "cash on delivery" shipments.

Complaints

At the time of receipt of the goods, the buyer is obliged to check the condition and content of the shipment. In the event of any discrepancies or damage, please contact our store as soon as possible. Any complaints in this respect will be considered only if a complaint protocol is written in the presence of the forwarder.
All goods in the offer of the www.sklep.rcecamper.pl store are brand new and have a guarantee. If you find a hidden defect or damage to the goods, please contact us immediately to determine the further course of action.
The basis for the complaint is the warranty card in the case of articles covered by the manufacturer's warranty and the proof of purchase of the goods.
Complaints should be submitted in writing by e-mail, registered mail or in person at the company's headquarters.
Complaints submitted by the Customer due to the inconsistency of the graphic design of the packaging of the goods with their photos and descriptions posted on the Store's websites will not be considered by the Store.
All complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt at the latest.
